Crew members along with the lead lumper are considered Independent Contractors (1099 vs W-2) where you will be paid on performance (flat rate per container vs hourly) as you work in loading and unloading containers by hand.

years of warehouse experience necessary Must have valid Social Security Card & Driver's License and/or State ID Essential Functions and Responsibilities Removes product/material from containers safely, accurately, quickly, and efficiently Hand-stacks floor loads onto pallets in an appropriate and accurate manner Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
with frequent bending, squatting, and reaching Ensures product loads are property handled to minimize product damage Attention to detail when checking and sorting by correct SKU's and LOT's Job site is in the Elwood area Job Type:
